The Cheetah+ series is an advanced version of the Cheetah series, offering an advanced imaging solution for demanding industrial applications including wavefront sensing in Free Space Optical Communications, hyperspectral imaging, and semiconductor manufacturing with in-line inspection.
Available in both CAM and OEM configurations, is delivers remarkable frame rates of 1700 Hz. Both versions are equipped with an in-house developed, temperature stabilized InGaAs detector providing a resolution of 640 x 512 pixels.
Enhancements based on the existing Cheetah series include:
- Multiple region of interest capabilities
- CoaXPress interface allowing for full frame rate and full performance with one cable, no framegrabber required
- Power over CXP possible
- Multiple on-board calibrations
- Reduction in overall size
